Well, this is my first post. Cards on the table, I built this site with AI and I use AI a lot as an educational tool. I've been in technical support for most of my life, tried getting into electronics several times over the years. I recieved my technician Ham licence almmost 20 years ago, then my general class licence almost 10 years ago. I'm slowly starting to actually understant a lot of the things I just memorized.
I got back into all of this because of a video I watched by Benn Jordan, Gadgets for People Who Don't Trust the Government, It got me looking into mesh networks and flock detection, flock detection brought me to videos from the ethical hacking community. People like Talking Sasquach and Kal from Valleytech Custom Solutions.
I've been working heavily with ESP32 and RF, made a few flipper GPIO boards, a gps add-on for the Lillygo T-Embed C1101 Plus, and my own Wifi scanner... I'm having a blast even though after months of tinkering, I just finally learned how to properly maintain my soldering iron tips.
It's gonna be a wild ride.
